This is a toe-up women’s’ sock pattern for size 7-8 feet. It is written for magic loop knitting. The simple lace panels on either side of a gently meandering travelling stitch are meant to represent early spring flowers and leaves budding around windy new shoots that twist along the garden trellis.

These socks can be knit two a time, if you don’t mind following separate charts for left and right feet. The easily memorised lace pattern is knit over 4 rows, while the travelling stitch panel is easy to recall after a couple of repeats.
