The hat is knit in the round from the brim up. It features continuous cables in the style developed by Elsebeth Lavold.

Your fingers will have to stay on their toes when
you work the chevrons, because there are 3 different
grounds; garter, reverse stockinette, and stockinette.
Since these are continuous cables, they also
have increases and decreases to remember. But
your fingers love to dance, so that’s not a problem.
