A zombified version of Flossy the Tiny Bunny. The carrot is a pouch the bunny can hide in.

In the zombie version of the pattern there’s instructions to make:

dangly heart
leg with bone
short arm
guts
wounds and blood splatters
exposed ribs 
how to rot the carrot 

If you have trouble working with thread or sport weight yarn, no worries! You can follow the same pattern using yarn of your choice. The large green bunny pictured was made with Red Heart Comfort yarn and a size 4mm hook.
