This pattern is free as of 8/30/19. I designed this almost 8 years ago. The cable pattern keeps the knitting interesting and fun. I hope you enjoy creating the hat.

Zwirn is a hat filled with cables that twist and turn. There is also a lace panel that runs between the cables. This hat pattern has a matching fingerless mitten pattern called Shout.

The green version is using the Blue Sky yarn and the mustard version is using Madelinetosh.

The hat starts with US 7, circular 16” needles, then after the ribbing you switch to US 9, circular 16” needles. DPN’s are used for the crown decreases.

My daughter is 11 years old and this fits her head very well. We both have about a 22” head circumference.

Enjoy. xo
