Crochet Madder Triangles is a collection of 8 crochet designs, it contains 3 blankets, 2 shawls, 2 scarves and 1 wrap.

This book is a crochet book with a difference, rather than focusing on crochet techniques it focuses on colour and surface design.

All the patterns use the same basic triangle motif with a couple of variations, the motif is suitable for all levels of experience from beginners who have mastered a granny square to more advanced crocheters.

All the patterns except for one contain at least one orange triangle.

The book is full of stunning photographs and features innovative and easy to understand “crochet by number” colour charts which enable you to create a Crochet Madder Triangles masterpiece of your own.

All the photographs were taken at Blacklands Beach, Lynmouth, the model is my daughter Daisy.

The designs are made with reasonably simple triangle motifs, which all use just the basic stitches
Each pattern has details of the yarn quantities & colour palette needed to make the design.

The motif instructions are written in UK terms (black) and US terms (red).
There is a numbered layout chart for each blanket, which is also broken down in easy to follow step by step charts. The charts have detailed colour keys for each of the motif colour variations used in the charts.
