What are Bottlers? Knit characters who take their shape from water bottles! The knit bodies are placed over cut-off bottles, so they are rigid and stand up well.

They can be used as an ornament on top of a Christmas tree (the bottle will slip over the tree top), as place settings with gifts hidden underneath them for your guests, or just as adorable decorations that won’t fall over!

Bottlers are all worked in DK weight yarns, and shaped over a 500ml plastic water bottler.

The patterns are mainly worked in the round, with some pieces worked flat. The designs range in difficulty, with Snowman the easiest through to Angel who is the most detailed (but still intermediate level). The knitting and embroidery techniques are fully explained, with diagrams and photo help for the tricky parts, so you can achieve the same look as the Bottlers in the pattern photos.
