My goal in creating the designs for Shibui Luxury was to let the yarn take center stage. I wanted to show the wonderful drape and colors of the silk, mohair, and alpaca fibers to their advantage. Silhouettes are simple; the stitch patterns are comprised of cables, mock cables, and ribs. The resulting collection is soft, elegant, and slightly romantic.
