Crochet, pottery and food are my passion. What I love about them is there are no rules. In a world full of so many rules, it is nice to not have to conform. That is the freedom of art and being creative. There are some tips and tricks which will help overcome challenges, but you can do whatever you want without any no restrictions. Some turn out, some don’t, but it is going through the process which makes creating something by hand so rewarding.

Rarely a day goes by when I do not have have a crochet hook in hand and a new idea in my mind. I am always thinking up new ways to make something “I” would use or something specific for someone I have in mind. I taught myself to crochet 3 years ago and continuously try to learn new technique and new ways of doing something.

I live in Squamish, British Columbia Canada which is right in the middle of Vancouver and Whistler. I live in an area which beauty cannot help but inspire my creations and I find that in everything I do, crochet, pottery and photography, nature and the colours of nature seem to ring through my creations.

One day I hope to have a full time career with my creations. Right now they bring me an immense amount of pleasure and I hope to share more and more patterns with you as I develop them.
