This is a project to use up the less good part of the CVM fleeces. I sent the best part to be processed (there are two projects here using the processed CVM) and kept some home to process myself at some point. That point is now! I am blending with some DEEP STASH (over 10 years old) mohair locks. I bought a mohair fleece at my first Monterey County Wool auction and died all the locks in different batches of color. This is what I am using to blend with the CVM. It is coming out really soft and fluffy and with some gorgeous color. Spun up some, too and the yarn is also nice!
