Notes

I bought this at the 2013 Great Lakes Fiber Show, from my farmer friend at That’ll Do Farm! I started spinning singles, and I think this wants to be a two-ply. I have two 2 oz. batts, so if I spin each as it’s own singles, I should be able to ply them together, right?

06.27.13 - Baby skein is the leftover singles after making ply ball for two-ply (lace/fingering, I hope). It is about 8g, Navajo-plied, and it yielded ~15yds of smooshy, alpaca goodness at 15 wpi!

I am measuring about 20 wpi on the finished 2-ply, which is a total of 100grams. I’ve measured 171 wraps around my niddy-noddy (60” loops), so the math says that I have 285 yards…seems like low yardage to me?
