Notes

Mar 23: up from 9 to 17 hex’s completed and joined. Off to measure how many I actually need!

ETA: to fit a king single bed I am estimating that I need a finished blanket of 17 rows x 20 hex’s high (rows horizontal are 17 wide, rows vertical are 20, 18, 20, 18 etc…so that means that I need 9 x 20 high rows and 8 x 18 high rows which equals…324 hexagons!!!! eekk

If I give myself until the end of May which is approximately 10 weeks I need to make 32 hexagons a week…

Jan 1: I know, I know…I’m not supposed to be starting anything new in January (let alone another blanket!!) but I did start this before the New Year so technically it doesn’t count!

I figure I am going to have left overs from Babette so…

I am alternating between the three different blankets on the go at the moment. Doing a section, weaving, blocking etc on one and then moving onto the other while waiting for the first to dry.

Will see how I go.

Am attaching the hex’s as I go.
