I got a ton of pop-ups when I went to the site the pattern was on and the English version needed some correcting. So I have put the pattern in my notes.

Bottom is a rectangle, beginning with 24 stitches and, every 2 rows,increase 2 sts at the beginning and end until you have 30 stitches.You will do 78 rows (39 ridges, I think), then you decrease 2 sts every 2 rows, till you have 24 sts again.

-If you have circular needle: Pick up 24 sts on each side, plus 40 sts on the front and more 40 sts on the back. You will have 128 sts. Work for 30 rows in stockinette stitch. Now is the moment to change colors in front and back, Rosi did 4 rows of 5 different tones of green. After these 30 rows, decrease 2 sts on each “corner” every 4 rows,until you have 16 sts on each side and 30 sts on back and on front(total of 92 sts). Work with stockinette sts until you have 50 rows. Work 4 rows (one row in purl, another in knit), than cast off.

-For the mobile pocket, pick up 15 sts in stockinette, you can do any size your cell phone needs. Work 4 rows (one row in purl, another in knit), than cast off.Sew the pocket side.
To make the straps, join 6 yarns of wool with 6 feet each, tie the 6 ends to something (doorknob or knob of anything), and twist many times, until you have a tight, narrow handle. Put your finger in the middle of this and, without loosing the points, join this twist, twisting all of them a little more and more. Then open a hole (with a closed scissors) where this handle will be and pass this cord, giving a strong knot.
