These are my first toe-up socks. Really fun pattern and yarn!!!!

They have a short row toe rather than a “magic cast-on” and then the heels are short rows, too. I will finish this pair and then on my next ones try an alternative. I don’t really like the holes that my wraps and turns are leaving.

It would also be fun to do these with black toes and black afterthought heel since the cool striping is interrupted by the short row heel and toe (at least on my version). The yarn kit isn’t sold that way, but one skein of black would make many heels and toes for these and other socks.
