Cast on as we drove off on vacation! This was a great project for knitting in the car and during the thunderstorms when I couldn’t be spinning! Such a cute, tiny sweater. Don’t know if it is as useful as it seems since I don’t have children, but I think it will be appreciated by my work friend who is having her first baby!

Added a hat to match and will probably make a pair of socks too! Yes, made the socks! Finished them on 9/6/14. Shower for the new mom is in a week and a half.
