Knitted the sleeves using two circular needles. Knitted most of one sleeve and realized the gauge was not the same as the body. Frogged it and used size 6 circular needles with greater success.

Cute little sweater. And it is little. I forget how small newborns can be. (of course my last baby was 10.5 pounds, so that’s a consideration)

I have five buttonholes, but didn’t really like the way it looked with five buttons. I’ll hang on to the button and can always sew it on, once I see this sweater on a baby.
