Followed the pattern suggestion and made the heel too deep. It’s been so long since I’ve done a heel flap. It’s still wearable, so I won’t rip it. Next sock will only be 16 deep, rather than the 20 she uses in the instructions.

03.28.15 - made the second sock with a 16 row garter band - this fits me much better.

I like this pattern - I used it with this grab bag yarn I had, just to see the technique. I’d like to do it with a striping yarn like the pattern shows.
