Pattern was straightforward and easy to understand, and the yarn was lovely to knit with. The socks feel absolutely lovely now that they have been finished and washed.

Overall the fit is good and it is just the heel where they are a touch wide. Given it’s my first pair of socks, and the recipient apparently has narrow heels, I’m not going to fuss too much but I will try out a different heel (rather than the toe heel) the next time I knit him a pair.

Really pleased with the finished result.
