I took an assortment of mini skeins & split them all, arranged into a ‘rainbow’ and re-wound into a yarn cake. Looking forward to seeing what the socks look like as I knit. I slip knotted the mini skeins together so when I reach a knot I will be using the Russian join method for joining the ends.

Wow, I’m loving these socks. Knitting two at a time is just so good, nearly finished!!

Finally finished, love them. Perfect except for the ‘surprising stretchy cast off’ I think I must of done it wrong as the cuffs are not stretchy and are quite tight to get over my ankles. I have plenty if yarn left to do another pair.
