Saw Hobbular’s pics of this project and put it on my list to do for my husband. Copied her “pattern” pretty much exactly, except I used a fingering weight yarn and so I cast on 144 stitches, decreased to 136 after the ribbing then added in the 8 extra stitches around the symbols in the chart.
Next time I do this one I’m going to do the provisional cast on and joining, I think that does look better.
