Again, my tension was 4 spi and 8 rpi.

Mods:

• Single strand of chunky yarn used instead of worsted-weight doubled;
• Provisional cast-on and garter-stitch graft;
• Green upper worked before picking up stitches for the blue cuff;
• One round of UK dc (US sc) worked around upper to neaten and widen it slightly — 5.0 mm hook used;
• Sole was crocheted with an extra round of UK dc to widen it — 5.5 mm hook used.
