I actually finished this a few days ago, but it took me ages to get round to soaking and drying it. And it still has no buttons. On the whole, I’m pretty pleased, but it’s not absolutely perfect. I used the full 6 skeins, but then I think my gauge was a little off, so I probably would have used a shade less if I’d been sensible. Also I’m really glad I alternated skeins every two rows - it was a pain in the neck, but the colour difference between balls was quite marked in some cases.

4 Jan 11 - Hoping to start swatching for this tonight now the yarn has arrived! Really excited to try out the Madelinetosh DK yarn, it looks beautiful.
ETA: Wow, I am managing to be over gauge on length and under on width. Ho hum. We’ll see what happens when it’s soaked. I figure I can fiddle the length a bit.
