Skirt:
Made one more row (with increase) and added a sc-row in white. I used a knot and bow instead of a button to tighten the skirt.

Top:
Made without a pattern as follows
1 + 2 Round: like the skirt pattern indicates
3 Round: sc in back loop only, increasing every second stitch
4 Round: sc in back loop only, incr. every third stitch
further Row(s): sc in back loop only
Straps are sc-rows sewn to top.
Also used a knot an bow to tighten the Top in the same way as the skirt.
