08/28 LOVE THIS BEAR!!! I’m not used to working with such a small hook (I’m impressed with those that do thread work), but am so impressed with how this little bear turned out. As soon as I get a couple more projects out of the way I plan on doing the frog, too. I’ll also use a thicker yarn and a larger hook and make these in bigger sizes. This little guy is about 4-5” high. So cute!

08/28 I’m only working on this after I get housework done while my boys are napping, so it looks like it’s taking a while, when it’s really not. This is working up so fast and easy! I put up a shot of the ears, arm, and legs. In the next show you can see how the body is worked on top of the legs, so there’s less to stitch together. I am so in love with this little bear! I think I may re-do his head, though. My gauge is tighter today so the head is a little too big…maybe. We’ll see what I think after I make his muzzle. (I did re-do the head. I’d tightened up my gauge a LOT.)

08/27 I can already tell I’m going to LOVE this! I can’t wait to get his little face embroidered so he’ll look happy!!
