This lightweight topper, ready to go anywhere, is sewn from cut felt and embellished with a Raggedy Ribbonry Poppy in brilliant orange and bright lime green. My model, niece Piper, belived this hat to be too much fun to pass up the opportunity to model. She looks as though she is part of the painting on the wall behind her.
