7/6 I made this just a couple of sets of leaves strung together. Perhaps it will make a nice embellishment for a piece of clothing.

Technically, I am not following an exact pattern, but I took a class from Ilisha Helfman at Black Sheep Gathering in Eugene, so I am using her techniques & basic design for making Ginkgo Leaves & noodling along with this. I love this way of knitting. It really is a nice creative break. And I really love this Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sock Yarn, too.

I am trying to just cast on extra stitches and make a string of leaves without casting off because, when I can, I like to avoid sewing things together. :-)
