The pattern is not quite complete: In the photo, there is an edging on the long sides which is not mentioned in the description. I picked up every 2 of 3 stitches on the top and bottom, and purled 2 rows with the bind-off on the 3rd row.
The sleeve caps as per the pattern are very long, so I made them shorter.
