Photo on the pattern project page, makes me happy!

A very nice fabric soaked and blocked. All ends woven in.
Only a nice photo…

I’m thinking about the blocking. This is a triangular shawl but the CO edge have a curve form starting from the spine and out to half the measurement of the short row part. This is the short rows pushing the fabric upwards. I don’t think I can block away the curve and I don’t think I want to.
Now it’s blocking. I have put one wire along the spine and pinned it straight. The CO edge is a bit curvy and the two sides are straight.

Measures 95 cm spine and 210 cm CO edge.
Used a total of 800 m (250 gram).

Restarted the Accented ridge pattern. Have to do this part with needles 3 mm. It was to loose with the 3,5mm.

21 september
First portion of gaterridges done. 291 s on the needle.

19 september
10 garter ridges done (6 more to knit, mod.)

17 september
All stockinette and short row parts done.

The shape of Ridgeland is similar to the Vera Välimäki’s shawl Stripe Study. In the aspect that you form 1triangle with 2 different sized triangles using short rows.
My version of Stripe study

Hoxton-Ridgeland DOUBLE KAL 2013 I swatch with an stashed tweed yarn, 100% scottish wool (no labels, bought in Copenhagen 1995). It feels like a light sportweight. Color A is the three red/brown ones and and B is the two green ones and color C the dark brown (yarn picture to the left).
If I use this yarn I can double dip in Stash and burn group UILI.
