My grandson asked for a Bulbasaur hat for his 6th birthday. I started with the pussy hat construction in Arroyo. Since I was using fingering weight, I cast on 250 sts. I did 1x1 ribbing for 1 1/2”. After 7” from cast on, I did Kitchener (first time ever!) using this visual. Then duplicate stitched mouth, eyes, and spots with scrap yarn.
