I have had this finished, including seams sewn, for five and half years. However, even after raising the neckline, it’s still pretty risque on me, so I’ve been trying to find a knit or crocheted edging to go around the neck and armholes. I think I may have found it, so I might finally be able to call this finished.

8/31/16: I officially hate this top. Easy to knit, not designed for women with large busts. Used a reverse sc for the armholes.

I picked up an odd number of sts around the neck, used a cable cast on to CO 7 sts at the beginning, then used Baby Tears like this:

Set up row: Knit to last st, k2togtbl with first PU sts
1) K3, yo, k2tog, yo twice, k2
2) K3, p1, k2, yo, k2tog, k2togtbl
3) K3, yo, k2tog, k4
4) BO 2 sts, k3 yo, k2tog, k2togtbl

Repeating these four rows, attaching the edging to the picked up sts on the even rows.
