I’ve wanted an excuse to make this little dress for ages but since I have a boy…. Well, my friend just found out they are having a baby girl! Yipee!!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this little dress! I created a lace chart to finish off the bottom with since I just wasn’t too keen on the whole idea of doing the purl bumps again plus I just thought a little lace would be nice.

After receiving several requests for the lace chart used on the edging, I spent the weekend getting it into the computer and formatting, etc. It’s available to download free here.
