Learned how to knit these socks from Lubov Negatina.
They are a combination of a band heel and Balbriggan heel, and a star toe.

Co 6 sts, knit 1 row with the yarn held double then divide into 6 sections an make inc. until 64 sts.

Unregular ribb: 1+9, 1+11, 1+9 sts.
Gusset: 10 inc. every 3-d row.

Band heel starts on 5 sts. Inc until 31 sts.
