I used the raglan section of StitchyMama’s pattern as a jumping off point and then added fern-stitch lace for 8” and ended with 4 rows of seed stitch. I then made the ‘puff-sleeve’ like the pattern but with a few more stitches so that it would have a more gathered effect at the top and then made 4 rows of seed stitch and created a bell-shaped sleeve with fern lace by increasing the needle size once every 4 rows of the pattern repeat and ended with 3 rows of seed stitch.
