Notes

Love this yarn, great twist and just the right weight for socks on 2.5’s (3mm). I’ve used Dave’s pattern so often that I have it memorised by now so I’ve improvised a knit purl pattern that makes a diagonal texture (k,p,k, k3) over 56 stitches so it’s offset. I worked the heel and the heel flap in reinforced slip-stitch to combat the wear and tear that I’ll get from wearing them with ankle boots.

Decided to try a different top which gave it what felt like a 15th century look ;). Fun and fast!
