These are knitting up pretty quickly, my gauge is 8 stitches x 10 rows / inch in the round on 2.75 - slightly larger than called for in the pattern but it’s okay. Yarn is soooo soft! I hope that it doesn’t pill too much…
modifications
Did long tail cast on and added an extra row of stockinette stitch before starting the ribbing.

Decided to make area below the pattern longer so, 3” rather than 1-1/2” for a total top length of 5-1/4”

Didn’t like the slouchy bump between the heel and the leg in the pattern so I extended the rib pattern on size 1-1/2” needles for a more durable heel. To keep the pattern even on both sides I shifted the last knit stitch on the heel side to the instep.
