Wanted to make something simple with this one skein of super soft silk yarn and thought of the small triangle scarf. It’s a super quick knit and the shape is nice for covering a deep, scoop neck top like the one in the picture. Here in the north of Italy spring weather shifts quickly from warm to chilly and this is a great thing to have in your purse (put it in a zipper pouch so it doesn’t catch on your keys!
I’ve ordered some Venetian glass beads in green and gold to use for the tips but they haven’t arrived yet and I’m afraid that they’ll pull too much on the centre point so perhaps I’ll just put them on the tips or use them for another project…
In the end, this project only used half a skein so I’m not sure if I want to add a simple lace border, a crochet edging or just make another one since I have half a skein left.
