Decided to start something simple on big needles after the last project I finished was on 2.5s…

04-14-2021

Having finished the shoulders and the back (Section 2), I’ve now started the front (Section 3). So far, so good. I checked gauge again now that I have a large section of stockinette and it’s still correct. I’m pleased that it’s going so fast and hoping that the yarn quantities are correct as I only have 450 meters of this yarn and I’d hate to run out without having enough for the sleeve ribbing.

04-23-2021 all done but soak and block

finished the sweater today, including a lengthened body and 3 short rows to lengthen the back.
