It’s finished. My grafting skills are not too bad, but the difference in the dye colors from the beginning of the skein to the end draws the eye to the exact row where the grafting occurs. The instructions for Kitchener stitch did not make any specific accommodations for the two purl stitches on each side, so I just went with it, figuring four stitches out of 40000 would not show too badly. The dye colors highlight that area, so I’m a little disappointed inyself not to have figured out how to reverse the stitches.

The yarn is so soft, really good for around the neck. Unfortunately I probably won’t buy this again because of the dye.
