Second brioche project!

I wanted the brim to be gray, but the main design pink, so I used the Long Tail Cast On, Purlwise with the gray yarn on Size 7 needles. I skipped the next knit (or would it have been purl in my case?) row and went right into a Brioche knit row with the pink yarn on Size 4 needles. I then did a Brioche purl row, then followed the pattern as written starting at the “Brim” section.

By the end, I had 12 grams of the pink yarn left, and 4 of the gray. I decided to make a speckled pom pom with the remaining yarn.
