Ready just in time for the 2020 election!

I followed sowhynot’s project pretty closely since I was using fingering weight yarn I already had in my stash. Instead of white yarn, I used light gray, I ended with the light gray instead of black, and I used US 5 Needles instead of the US 4 Needles sowhynot used since I’m a pretty tight knitter. I had never done mosaic knitting before, so it caused me to naturally loosen my gauge and I probably could’ve gotten away with using US 4 Needles to make a tighter and smaller knit.

I blocked it using some straight knitting needles to get the shape I wanted and to separate the layers a little to help it dry more. I blocked it fairly aggressively; the blocked measurements were:

• Total Height: 8”

• Top Circumference: 26”

• Bottom Circumference: 36”
