Notes

10/3/11 - Started and finished first ball (98y), I think I’m going to crochet a second one, and join at the back, so that the pattern is symmetrical when hanging around my neck. Also considering adding a fringe or something.

For the lace, I’m using a #35 (19mm) knitting needle I bought for $0.25 at Tuesday Morning because I can’t pass up a knitting bargain. Perfect example of why hoarding pays off. ;)

Really liking this yarn. I won it as a door prize for a Shop Hop, and wasn’t sure what to make with it, so I tried something fast and easy to start. It’s very nice, holds together well, no splitting or weird bumps/ends, and stays smooth after frogging. Not really being a novelty yarn girl, I’m very impressed.
