I think for this yarn, I probably should have gone up a needle size - it’s a bit on the small size. But the recipient has a small head, so I think it will be fine.

The yarn is OK for acrylic. Not super-soft, but not too scratchy, either. It softened up a bit in the wash, but also fuzzed up a bit. Probably would be best to wash items inside-out.
