Started out planning to make Toast, but then wandered off on my own, so that pattern was pretty much just the inspiration.

Made mine shorter because I mainly want them to bridge the gap between sleeves and gloves, and added a bit of shaping at the wrist.

Cast on with German Twisted Cast-on, only 32 sts.
2 rounds of 1x1 rib, then stockinette.
Decr 2 sts on 16th round after rib, then again on the 23rd round.
Incr 2 st on 38th round.
1x1 rib starting on 52nd round (or when at desired length), for 2 rounds
Bind off.

Note: The knitting is “top down” - the cast-on is the hand end since it has a nice stretchy cast-on - but it doesn’t really make much difference - they work either way.

Shockingly enough, I even wrote down what I did so I could make the second one to match the first.
