Version 2 - knitted flat and ruched.

Quick and cute! I actually combined the two versions, and knit the first 3.5” of the hat with smaller needles, as in Version 1.

I like the ruching, which is why I did the second version. But now I’m wondering if I could made it even faster by knitting it in the round (Version 1), and then ruching it by just running a piece of yarn down through one column of stitches and gathering the material along the piece of yarn, and weaving in the ends.
