Great for taking the pressure off my fingers when either using small knitting needles, or to protect my finger from friction when using harsh yarn since I knit Continental style.

It was also helpful when I did a crochet project that required a small hook and tight work.

I like that it can be used with the tube folded in half to make a thicker pad to protect against pressure from the needles, or unfolded for more length when I’m just using it for protection against friction of yarn.
