Cast on for the small size (48 sts) with size 11 since the splash eyelash suggests size 11 to 13 and I’m combining it with the solid DK yarn. Knit to 7” start crown, decrease faster. Size ends up large due to this.

Doing the 36 st version on size 13 should get 2 hats from one skein of splash. These are very stretchy so should fit.
