Cast on 104 (120 was too big - was 9 1/2” unstretched)

Start with size 3 for ribbing.

This yarn doesn’t have much elasticity so is not pleasant to knit but the color and pattern are fun.

Knitting as a beanie rather than slouch. Knit to 6 3/4”, start shaping. I also skipped the duplicate knit rows (two of them - row 12 and 15). Final row ended with 13 stitches (since started with 104) - did an additional k2tog around to end up with 7 sts.

Hat weighs 48 gms but I cut out 1 gm of yarn at the beginning in order to start with purple.

22 gms remain (plus 1 gm)
