February, 11th:

Started with drawing a lion using water colour and a brush.
Converted the drawing into a chart.

Couldn’t spend the time to drive to a yarn shop. Was hurrying up to dye some yarn into yellow and dried it with a hair dryer ;)
For dyers: The yellow is 99% yellow + 1% cold red

Knit toe up to end of chart.

February, 12th:

charted a crown, knit the heel and leg to end of pattern. will have to add the cuff still. Have to pause because of my shoulder and cervical spine problems.

additional charted the lion-astrology-sign for those who are “lions” to switch the crown into the sign border.

mirrored the lion chart for second sock.

February, 15th:

Second sock is at the cuff.
German pattern is written and sent to the first testknitter.

English pattern ist written and will be testknit by Sabine.

German pattern will be testknit by Barbara and Bine.
