I’m knitting these in between the last promised project and the next one, which requires me to buy some kit, and I am broke! Named for Mitchell from Being Human; my sole reason to want him is his fingerless glove collection.

Twiddly notes
Started off with 56 stitches total. Started to increase, two on each side every other row, until I got to 80. Then knit for a bit. Then split off the 20 stitches for the thumb. When I picked up the main hand bit again, I picked up 4 stitches from the base of the thumb, making it 64 stitches total. Carried on knitting for the main hand bit below the fingers.

So for 4 fingers, that’s 16 stitches per finger. To pick up 2 between each finger to stop holes, that means the index and little finger holes are smaller. How to fix? To the forums!
