Originally did the hat in baby size, but it was way too small. I re-knit it in the child size and I think it will work for my nephew.

I made this for my nephew’s Link costume. It’s not accurate for what Link wears in the Zelda series, but I really liked it.

The first time I made the hat, I just followed the written directions for “leaves” part--and the design was off center. The directions are not meant to be used literally. You need to center the pattern to the pattern to what is knit.

Otherwise, the pattern is pretty easy.
