I have much difficulty finishing tedious projects like motifs, but I hunkered down and made myself finish this test run.

Making the purse did drive me crazy, but it worth the effort. I have wanted to crochet this for quite some time. I’m also quite happy with the daisy-like colours.

Technically, the bag isn’t fully finished due to a lack of lining. Maybe I can convince my MIL who sews to do it… :)

I think the handle is much too wide. It’s kind of warped. Maybe with use the handle will stretch and lay flat.

One very important tip is to crochet over the ends as you work. There’s still a ton of ends when you finish, but no where near as many as there could be.
